Privacy Policy - At Step Closer Projects we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use any personal information you share with us to process orders and to contact you regarding current or future resources. If at anytime you wish to be removed from our email listing, simply contact us with your request.

Return/Cancellation Policy - Step Closer Projects stands behind its products by offering a 20 day money-back guarantee on all DVDs or CDs sold from the shipping date. Simply return all discs in original packaging along with the reason for return. For defective products, we will replace the product. For product cancellations, we will refund the original cost of the product less the shipping and handling costs. There are no refunds for products purchased via electronic download. Step Closer Projects reserves the right to change return or cancellation policies at anytime without notice.

Shipping and Handling Policy - Shipping and handling costs will be added to the cost of Step Closer Projects products. For products which are complete and in stock, we will ship from our office within 15 business days from receipt of payment. If an item is backordered you will be contacted via email. If you ask to be contacted when a resource is complete, we will email you when it is ready and you can order at that time. Orders are shipped via USPS ground unless otherwise requested by the customer by separate email. There will be no shipping costs added for products purchased via electronic download and will be emailed the resource directly. Step Closer Projects reserves the right to change this shipping and handling policy at anytime without notice.

Suggestions Policy - When a new product suggestion is submited to Step Closer Projects, this does not guarantee that we can or will produce that resource. If we do utilize an actual or a modified suggestion, there is no monetary compensation obligation by Step Closer Projects (unless a separate and specific contract is legally administered). Step Closer Projects retains full legal copyright to the resource(s) produced.
