	Diane M. Dresback, M.A. Adult Education, B.S. Human Services. After many years in the corporate world, Diane returned to a production career in 2007 with an emphasis on screenwriting, producing, directing and editing a variety of independent short films, many with an educational purpose.  Marrying independent film with the goal of learning through self-discovery and discussion is a passion.  She likes her audiences to not only be entertained but to think!  Since 2007, Diane has completed over 20 short film projects and educational videos for her own company, Mindclover Productions, and also with fellow filmmakers.  Her Christian educational resources are Step Closer Projects. Diane was co-owner of a video production company in Phoenix, Arizona for 7 years during the 80’s.  She has over 27 years of Human Resources and Training experience that includes most of that time in management level positions in the financial and travel industries.
	Keith A. Carlson, B.S., Communication TV & Digital Film - Director of Photography for Step Closer Projects. Also focus on editing and unit production. Began working in video production in high school as a Floor Director, Editor and Camera Operator and spent several months working at a TV station in New York. In school, he worked on a wide variety of videos as the Director of Photography, Camera Operator and Unit Production Manager.
